Soul Vegan Block Party is actively looking for vendors and exhibitors.
Before completing the application, please read the complete vendor information packet.

All items sold must be 100% vegan. NO EXCEPTIONS!

All applications will be reviewed. An email will be sent within 72 hours of application submission.
​
Payment is due within seven (7) calendar days of acceptance email.
Deadline for applications must be received is 5 pm EST on August 5, 2022.
Deadline for vendor payment is 5 pm EST on August 5, 2022.

FOOD VENDORS
Virginia food vendors who are a restaurant, caterer, mobile food establishment, etc. are required to hold a valid permanent
VDH Food Establishment Permit.
Food vendors who are not a restaurant, caterer, mobile food
establishment, etc. OR who are from outside of the state of Virginia MUST have a Temporary Food Establishment (TFE) permit
as required by the Virginia Department of Health (VDH).
